NY TECH LOOP to host series of Meet and Greet Sessions for Computer Science Students

NY TECH LOOP whose President is Susan Lundberg, is hosting a series of Meet and Greet sessions with students at computer science departments of several local colleges. This will provide an opportunity for students in all years to hear firsthand accounts from software professionals about their experiences working for tech companies.

The goal of these meetings is to better prepare students for the workforce by educating them about everyday operations involved with working for a company involved with software development.  Students will have the opportunity to hear directly from computer programmers, developers and engineers who will share their career incites.

This will give students an opportunity to learn about the dozens of software companies in this regions vibrant software technology sector and community.

The tour will include stops at UAlbany, Siena, Union, St. Rose, RPI and Skidmore.
